Matthew Kennicott

Matt is married to Bethanie Kennicott and lives in Springfield, MO. He loves to travel the world, enjoy food, play video games, exercise and learn new things. He and Austin, the owner of Empire Printing, have been friends long before Matt started working at Empire. Matt and Austin often travel the world with their families together and share a love of board games, pickleball, and entrepreneurship. Matt, aside from working at Empire Printing, has founded a rental business in Springfield, MO with another one of his other longterm friends, Matt Jacks.

Working at Empire Printing for several years, Matt started in production as a screen printer. He then worked in the graphics department for some time before eventually transitioning into his own office as the General Manager, overseeing all the areas of the shop. Matt wears many hats and often times is found floating around the building answering questions and solving queries, getting his hands dirty printing or sewing garments, and meets with many prospective companies for various jobs needed to improve the company at the behest of Austin and Cliff when needed.

Kendra lives in Republic, MO with her husband, Jacob Kerns, and their four kids. She loves food, music, games, and various artistic experiences. Kendra graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) with an associates degree in Graphic Design in 2013. When she was a kid, she aspired to create and her father was a computer savvy man who pointed her towards the world of Graphic Design.

Kendra has worked with Empire Printing for 10+ years. She started out working in the stock room, ordering and counting in the many packages received daily. In addition, she worked in the front office for some time before taking maternity leave for her firstborn. Upon her return, she managed the office for One Stop Apparel before eventually moving out to manage Vendor Relations for Empire Printing. Kendra soon followed Matt into the Graphics Department as a Graphic Designer and now manages the Front Office and Graphics Department.

Curtis Eisenhour

Curtis is married to Lori Eisenhour and lives in Springfield, MO. He loves traveling and camping with his family, building legos with his son, and playing games. He graduated from Missouri State University (MSU) with a degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications. Before working at Empire Printing, he and his wife founded and operated Hometown Graphics specializing in vehicle graphics, window lettering, and heat transfer apparel services with over 20 years industry experience.

Curtis started working for Empire Printing in 2019 as a screen printer. He now manages the paper and engraving production team while running the digital paper presses.
