No point in making sure your artwork is of the highest quality if you are not using state of the art screen imaging. We use a Saati laser screen burning system to pick up the smallest of detail. Our machine spits out screens at 1270dpi with a line resolution of 55lpi. What does this mean for you? Really crisp, clean prints that look amazing.

Do you have a minimum order for screen printing?

No. We can print orders of almost any size.
However, because screen printing has setup costs, the price per shirt decreases as your order quantity increases. Our first major price break is typically at 12 garments, making it a great value for small businesses, schools, churches, teams, and events.
If you only need a few shirts, we also offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, which is an excellent option for smaller quantities without the setup costs of traditional screen printing.
How long does screen printing take?

We strive to complete every custom screen printing order within two weeks from start to finish. This includes artwork, garment ordering, production, and quality inspection.
Need your order sooner? We offer rush production for projects with in-hand dates of less than two weeks. Rush fees may apply, and depending on garment availability and our production schedule, we can sometimes complete orders in just a few days.
If you have a specific deadline, let us know when requesting your quote. We'll do everything we can to meet your timeline and will always be upfront about what is possible.

Absolutely! Our experienced in-house graphics team is here to help bring your ideas to life. Whether you already have artwork that needs to be prepared for printing or you're starting with a rough sketch, we'll work with you to create artwork that looks great on your apparel.
Artwork is free with any order placed through Empire Printing. If you only need artwork without placing an order, we charge a $65 artwork fee. If you later place your order with us, we'll credit that $65 back toward your project.

We can screen print on thousands of different garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, tank tops, long sleeve shirts, shorts, sweatpants, performance apparel, and much more. Whether you're looking for an economical option or a premium retail-quality garment, we'll help you find the right fit for your project and budget.
We print on 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, and 100% moisture-wicking polyester. If you're not sure which garment is best for your design, our team is happy to recommend options based on your artwork, budget, and intended use.
Both screen printing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing produce excellent results, and the best choice depends on your artwork, garment selection, quantity, and budget.
Screen printing is typically the best choice for larger orders. It produces vibrant colors, exceptional durability, and a soft feel that lasts for years. Because each ink color requires its own screen, it's also the most cost-effective option for designs with fewer colors.
DTF printing is an excellent option for smaller orders, full-color artwork, photographs, gradients, and highly detailed designs that would be difficult or expensive to reproduce with traditional screen printing. Since DTF prints are transferred directly to the garment, there are no screen setup costs, making it a great solution for short runs.
DTF prints may have a slightly smoother feel when new, but they soften after washing and still provide bright, durable results.
