In order for our embroidery machines to sew your custom logo it must first be set up so the machine knows how to run it. This is called digitizing. We make custom embroidery a breeze by taking care of this for you. Share your design with us, and we'll transform it into a ready-to-use embroidery file.

Test Sew-Out

We ensure your custom embroidery design is perfect with a test sew-out before production. We send a photo of the actual sew-out via email. This way, you get to see and approve it first, making sure it's exactly what you wanted. No surprises, just perfection!

Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?

No. We can embroider orders of almost any size.

Unlike screen printing, embroidery has fewer setup costs, but every logo must first be converted into a digital stitch file through a process called digitizing. Once your logo has been digitized, it can be used for future embroidery orders of the same design.

Embroidery pricing is based primarily on the stitch count of your logo rather than the number of colors. We can embroider designs with up to 15 thread colors, making it easy to reproduce detailed logos with vibrant, professional results.

As with most custom apparel, the price per piece decreases as your order quantity increases, making embroidery an excellent choice for everything from a single polo to outfitting an entire team or business.

How long does embroidery take?

We strive to complete every custom embroidery order within two weeks from start to finish. This includes digitizing your logo (if needed), creating a test sew-out for approval, ordering garments, production, and quality inspection.

Need your order sooner? We offer rush production for projects with in-hand dates of less than two weeks. Rush fees may apply, and if your logo has already been digitized and approved in our system, we can often complete repeat orders even faster, depending on garment availability and our production schedule.

If you have a specific deadline, let us know when requesting your quote. We'll do everything we can to meet your timeline and will always be upfront about what is possible.

Can you help with artwork?

Absolutely! If you need help creating or preparing artwork for embroidery, our experienced graphics team is here to help. While most embroidery projects use an existing business logo, we can also assist with creating new artwork or preparing your logo for embroidery.

Before a logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a digital stitch file through a process called digitizing. We work with a trusted professional digitizing partner to ensure your logo produces clean, high-quality embroidery.

We can embroider from any properly digitized embroidery file. However, we prefer to use our trusted digitizer whenever possible to ensure consistent quality and support. Once your logo has been digitized, the embroidery file is yours to use for future orders, whether you place them with Empire Printing or another embroidery provider.

If we can hoop it, we can usually embroider it! We embroider a wide variety of garments and accessories, including polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, beanies, bags, blankets, towels, stockings, pillowcases, and much more.

Pricing is also influenced by the number of embroidery locations (such as a left chest logo, sleeve, or hat) and the quantity of garments being embroidered. As with most custom apparel, the price per piece decreases as your order quantity increases.

If your logo has not been digitized, there is a one-time $65 digitizing fee. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine how to sew your design. Once your logo has been digitized, the file is yours to keep and can be used for future embroidery orders.

Because every logo is unique, we're happy to provide a free quote based on your artwork, garment selection, and the quantity you need.
